In 1985 Scott began his career with Sassoon in London, where he trained as
both a ladies Stylist and Barber. He moved eventually to the North, working
in the Leeds and Manchester salons. In 1989, Scott moved to Germany to
take up a position in the Munich salon and was made Assistant Creative
Director in 1990. The following year he was promoted to the position of
Creative Director.
Although based in Munich, Scott spends time in all four German salons,
focusing much of his energy on the Barber Shops. Scott takes the initiative
in building a strong team spirit among staff, which he regards as essential in
maintaining a successful, creative working environment.
