She looks for inspiration in her team and her husband, who also works for Sassoon, and runs a very successful and atmospheric salon.
Creative Director | Davide Scarna
Davide began his career with Sassoon in 2003, when he enrolled in staff training and once qualified he relocated to the Leeds salon as a stylist. He spent the next two and a half years developing his skills and it's his lively and vivacious personality which made him a favourite with his devoted clientele. In 2005, Davide accepted the coveted role of a Teacher in the London Academy where he was soon promoted to Creative Director and was asked to head up Staff Training. Drawing inspiration from observing people and music, Davide continues to create innovative looks for his clients out of the South Molton Street salon where he recently transferred to in July.
Colour Director | Alliah Baterip
Following a work experience placement and a dramatic new hair look, Alliah instantly knew her career was destined to be in hair. She joined Sassoon in 1993 as an apprentice and has never looked back. Alliah has worked in many salons across London and recently spent a year training the next generation of Sassoon colourist. Her friendly nature and outstanding colour skills make her an absolute favourite with her clients who follow her wherever she goes. Alliah also travels around the globe educating other hairdressers. "I could not imagine doing anything else, even after almost 20 years, I simply love what I do," says Alliah.
