Salon Director
As a Salon Director you will have the responsibility of running a Sassoon salon whilst developing and directing a team alongside a Creative/Colour Director. Your goal is to create a smoothly functioning and happy environment in which the magic of Sassoon unfolds. For this you will need to make decisions, control budgets and be a great administrator whilst problem solving, delegating responsibility and helping the team achieve personal goals and company targets. Above all you must be a 'people person' as a key role is to act as a conduit between management, team and clients making sure that Sassoon's high standards are being upheld. As Salon Director will be in charge of a prestige city salon that has one of the most recognised names in hairdressing famed for creating effortlessly sophisticated cuts.
